The below table has the settings you need to configure pretty much any email client.

Incoming Server Port Local port connecting email software to mail exchange. POP: Default = 110, SSL = 143IMAP: Default = 995, SSL = 993
Outgoing Mail Server The server used when sending emails from the email software. Use either

  • smtp.partnerconsole.net
  • smtp.yourdomainname.com
  • Internet Service Provider Outgoing Mail Server
Outgoing Server Port Port specific to TPP Wholesale. SSL: 465Non SSL: 587 (standard)
Authentication Type How the connection is authenticated when connecting to the mail exchange. Non SSL: Password

Important

  • We always recommend you set up a new account (in conjunction) with your old account, so you don’t lose any old emails!
  • Use IMAP as a preference.  This is a constant connection and will sync better between phones and computers.
  • If you have any lag at all, switch your settings to POP.
  • If you have trouble connecting please try different ports, or toggling the security off or on.
